Also called "Crocodile Jasper" and ONLY found on the island of Madagascar, this stone is not a true Jasper. It is formed by fossilized algae (stromatolites) created by a blue-green algae called cyanobacteria.
A study of Earth's history show that cyanobacteria were instrumental in the creation of the Earth's oxygen atmosphere during the Archean and Proterozoic Eras. As such, Kambaba Jasper holds an almost unimaginable ancient Earth energy.
